About Us
Following my own diagnosis of skin cancer, subsequent surgeries, and rehabilitation I developed a key interest in creating a health and fitness model which looked to support those with similar experiences. We aim to help people connect whilst increasing their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment.
Since launching in 2020 amidst the pandemic our programme has been accessed thousands of times supporting hundreds of people.
We work in partnership with a number of NHS services and GP surgeries as well as public, private and third sector groups including Adult Continuing Education Seekers, AGAPE Wellbeing, Beatson Cancer Charity, Glasgow Golden Generation, Healthy n Happy, MS Society Lanarkshire, MS Society Scotland and Springfield Gardens Residential Home.
