The award-winning MorphFit Gentle Movement Project delivers professionally developed exercise plans and lifestyle interventions to special population groups including the elderly, carers, those suffering isolation and all ages with acknowledged health conditions.
Our programme exists to enhance the treatment, outcomes, and wellbeing of service users through light to moderate exercise. Sessions are delivered live and are accessible via our digital platform or from our purpose designed lifestyle intervention clinic based in South Lanarkshire.
Weekly gentle movement classes are centred around chair- based and where appropriate standing exercises. Group slots last for 45 minutes and are adapted to meet the needs of each individual. Our funded model is aimed at delivering a service to those who need it most at no cost to the service user.
